In most cases a simple Adobe .pdf file will do, which you can obtain from your graphics people. We also accept .EPS & or CorelDraw Files. We also accept most commonly used vector file formats as well. With some jobs Microsoft Paint or Word docs can work as well. Also make sure all or any fonts in the design are converted to outlines so as we don’t have any issues when importing your files. It’s also a great idea to send us a .jpg file of your artwork, so what you see…………we see, it all helps in streamlining your project.

Good Question. Under Normal conditions Vinyl on your vehicle will not damage your paintwork. We have the most success with new cars, generally nothing older than 7 to 8 years. Older vehicles present problems as such, If there are any stone chips, abrasions or rust patches on the vehicle, any loose paint may pull away when removing the vinyl. If your vehicle has been re-sprayed or if the paint work has not been baked on properly, then some paint may come off when applying and indeed removing the vinyl. Special consideration need to be taken on surfaces of vehicles that face the sun all day, like bonnets & roofs. These areas carry no warranty except for vertical sides such as doors & guards.

We accept payment by cash, cheque and we also have EFTPOS facilities as well.

In most cases yes, we require 50% upfront to get fabrication of your signage underway.
